About Dr. Liz

drliz Born in Munich, Germany, Dr. Liz grew up in Louuisville, Ohio, after moving to the United States. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from John Carroll University and her Doctor of Dental Surgery from Case Western Reserve University School of Dentistry in Cleveland, Ohio. She earned a certificate in Pediatric Dentistry at the Children's Hospital Medical Center in Cincinnati, Ohio. During the Pediatric Dentistry residency she developed an interest in facial growth and development and pursued further training in Europe in dentofacial orthopedics earning an orthodontic certification from the University of Cologne in Gemany. After deciding to return to the US, she enrolled in the University of Florida with the intention of pursuing a career in academics. After receiving her certificate in Orthodontics from UF, she chose to enter private practice and opened a practice in Jacksonville, Florida in 1991. The office in St. Augustine was opened in 2006. Dr. Liz is committed to continuing education and takes courses that will allow her to offer her patients multiple options that will enable them to best manage their dental health.
